Tra le strette vie rinascimentali di Firenze (già vie medievali), con i nomi che ricordano i canti danteschi, mi sono aggirato in questi giorni, scrutando le cupole e le torri marroni. Un via vai di turisti e studenti, sui minuscoli marciapiedi, e se ti trovi controcorrente, vieni spazzato via.
Oggi ho raggiunto il polo scientifico, combattendo prodemente contro l’ATAF (l’azienda dei trasporti di Firenze, che domani sciopera dalle 9.30 alle 11.30 [del mattino.. scioperone!!]), che tentò di scaricarmi da tutt’altra parte. Forse avrei potuto capirlo prima, quando notai che l’autista stava guidando leggendo dei fogli secondo la logica sequenza: leggi – sbanda – sterza. Una ragazza (peccato non si chiamasse Beatrice) è venuta in mio soccorso, indicandomi pulmann e coincidenza, e completando il viaggio con me. Quasi come se mi stesse preparando ad un girone dantesco, inizia a dirmi “hai visto che schifo il Polo?”, “Che brutto posto”, “coi pullman è uno schifo..” e così via.
